50 Cent clowns Floyd Mayweather after doubts are raised about the boxer claiming he purchased 62 apartment buildings in New York City for $400 million.

On Tuesday (April 8), Fif shared a clip of a video on Instagram from the Fighters Corner News YouTube channel. The original video is titled: “Stephen A Smith EXPOSES Floyd Mayweather For Going BANKRUPT After $402 Million SCAM.” The video centers around Floyd possibly fibbing about investing in 62 apartment buildings in upper Manhattan back in February.

“Damn Champ they caught you CAPPIN,” 50 captioned the post. “Hahahaaha Time for another exhibition! LOL @50centaction check out my channel.”

50 Cent and Floyd’s soured relationship doesn’t seem to have an amicable ending in sight. Last month, 50 clowned Floyd and Jim Jones with an AI Rocky III spoof 50 shared on social media.

Floyd Mayweather Brags About Real Estate Purchase, Doubts Raised

On Feb. 21, Floyd told fans on social media that he’s expanded his portfolio with a $402 million purchase of over 60 apartment buildings in Uptown without the help of investors.

“All the retail on my buildings all belong to me,” the retired fighter said in the clip. “Guess what? You can do the same. It’s all about making power moves.”

However, since then, questions have been raised about whether or not Floyd was telling the truth. According to a Business Insider report published in March, there is no evidence there has been a sale. New York City property records obtained by the publication show ownership of the buildings has not changed hands. The New York City Housing Partnership also reportedly has no knowledge of the sale.

“The Housing Partnership has not been advised of any sale, pending sale, or change in ownership,” a spokesman told BI. “Generally, the partnership would be advised of the transfer and would be party to the transfer. That has not occurred.”
