Nicki Minaj has been on a hiatus from the internet since November 2022. She has now returned, coming in hot at the 2023 Trinidad Carnival. In addition, she has also announced the long-awaited return of her highly-anticipated Queen Radio podcast in March.
There have been many situations the Queen has not addressed since the last episode. Nicki has not had an episode since dropping the “Super Freaky Girl Remix.” The viral remix sprouted an influx of female rap beef.
Since the last episode, Nicki has addressed the Grammy nominations on Instagram, defended City Girl member JT after Cardi B called her a Lap Dog even got into a social media beef with rapper Latto.
Nicki also teased a new alter ego and song called “Ruby Red Da Sleeze,” dropping on March 3rd.
Nicki Minaj is known for being in touch with her Trinidadian roots, and opening doors for Caribbean artists. She met up with legendary artists from Trinidad, including Destra Garcia, Patrice Roberts, and Machel Montano.
