The follow-up to 2022’s chart-topping album 7220, Lil Durk will release his eighth album Almost Healed on May 26. After setting things in motion with the J. Cole-featured first track “All My Life” (which debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100, giving Durk his highest placement on the chart to date), he unveils the singles and video for both “Therapy Session” (the album’s opening track) and “Pelle Coat.”

In the dramatic, Steve Cannon-directed video, Alicia Keys portrays the musician’s own therapist who asks Durk the rather uncomfortable questions about the deaths of both his close friend King Von (in 2020) and older brother OTF DThang (in 2021).
