On Friday, August 18, Blac Youngsta lost his younger brother, Tomanuel Benson, to gun violence in South Memphis. The heartbreaking news was confirmed through emotional messages posted by the Memphis rapper on August 20.
In his posts, he expressed his love and grief for his brother, as well as his determination for justice. He stated:
“Nobody safe. Standing over everybody. I’m ready for whatever come with this s**t.”
Blac Youngsta continued to share his pain and determination, stating:
“Gon’ make sure they feel me, I promise. Life will never be the same. But God got me. I’m the strongest man in the world.”
