Some ticket holders who purchased 2-day VIP passes were shocked to discover that on-site parking was not included, contrary to what they believed. The festival website also failed to specify that parking passes must be purchased separately.

One fan named Ky revealed that he paid for VIP tickets but was told that his payment only included parking and shuttle bus services — excluding the music and food festival.
“I read what I was actually paying for, which is the weekend VIP experience.”

“I want to buy tickets but y’all are sharing very limited information. It’s giving Fyre Festival. It says GA+ have seats but there’s nothing on this map to show the seating. Please don’t put yourself in the position for bad press.”
