Ye explains why he hates everyone while wearing a Ku Klux Klan robe in a highly anticipated interview with DJ Akademiks that premiered yesterday.

Ak Debuts Ye Interview

On Sunday (March 30), DJ Akademiks debuted the talk with Ye he’s been teasing for the past several days after making nine Yeezy-requested edits to the interview in which both Ye and Ak stand up the entire time.

As predicted, Ye is spewing much of the same hate he’s been dealing out on social media over the past couple of months. Ak did not post the interview on his YouTube channel like usual, but instead used his accounts on X and Rumble to share the chat with Ye.

Here are some of the controversial rap star’s most kooky comments.

On Calling Jay-Z’s Kids Ret**ded:

“Everything is like, ‘You offended Jay-Z.’ F**k him! F**k him! Put it like this, let’s take it to money. How much money you think Jay-Z make off my catalog versus what I make off it? Next subject.”

On Having Kids With Kim Kardashian:

“That was my fault. I didn’t want to have children with this person after the first two months of being with her, but that was in God’s plan.”

On His Fallout With Playboi Carti:

“If you my dawg, what one of my actual friends or someone who can call my daughter niece would reach out to a woman that I got issues with, obviously? That’s some fa**ot sh*t…You’re reposting my baby mama and not even reposting me. You was the first feature on Donda. It’s like the Carti sh*t is like the final heartbreak.”

“Either you on this side of it or that side of it. Carti took the blue pill, but he made his name off the red pill.”

On Why He Keeps Calling Out Kendrick Lamar:

“I don’t really have a problem with Kendrick. I never called Kendrick a fa**ot. I don’t like what happened with [‘Not Like Us’] and that whole idea. How they used Kendrick. And, also, I don’t like him saying he No. 1 ’cause I’m the No. 1.”

On Being Left Off Travis Scott’s Utopia:

“Me being left off the album on some fa**ot-a*s Trav sh*t…Travis left me off his album, took four of my songs from the ranch in Wyoming. My choruses, my exact singing lines. Replaced me with him, other people. Put Future, SZA on the joints. Took me off, I felt, with no explanation. Sh*t just comes out…We know why they doing it. We know why.”

On His Beef With Drake:

“It’s like family members that you don’t f**k with. One thing is, Drake is 1 million times better than Kendrick and a million times more important. What Future has done, Thug, what Drake, just culturally, that sh*t last year, I barely could sit through that sh*t. That sh*t was insane, bro. That sh*t had Lucian Grainge, Universal, Drake lawsuit sh*t written all over it.”

On Burning Bridges With His Appalling Tweets:

“Why would I want to salvage a relationship with broke-a*s slaves and slave herders?”

On Why He Disrespected Late Fashion Designer Virgil Abloh:

“I’m evil.”

This is not the first time Ye has worn KKK regalia. Earlier this month, he showed off a Klan robe on social media along with the caption “Outfit of the day.” In December of 2023, he wore a KKK-inspired hood to a Vultures 1 listening party in Miami. It’s definitely not the first time in recent weeks he’s gone off on his rap peers, either.
