Diddy Debuts Grey Hair in Court

Diddy appeared in New York Supreme Court on April 18 for another status hearing ahead of his federal sex crimes trial, which is scheduled to begin next month. Cameras are not allowed in federal court. However, the embattled music mogul’s likeness was captured by famed courtroom sketch artist Jane Rosenberg. Her illustration of Puff, which can be seen below, shows the Bad Boy Entertainment founder with a head almost completely full of grey hair. His goatee also seems to be all white in the photo. He also seems slimmer.

Diddy has been in custody since he was arrested last September for sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has scarcely been seen since then. Back in December, video leaked from one of his arraignment hearings. Previous to that, Diddy had only been seen in courtroom sketches.

Diddy’s Bid to Delay Trial Denied

Diddy’s trial is slated to start next month. However, his attorneys have been fighting to get the date pushed back by two months so they can continue to work through the evidence. However, Judge Arun Subramanian denied the request during the hearing on April 18. “It is unclear why there isn’t sufficient time to prepare,” Judge Subramanian told the music mogul’s attorneys.

Judge Subramanian also decided the witnesses in the case can testify anonymously, with the exception being Diddy’s ex-girlfriend, Cassie. The judge also ruled that most of the evidence about sexual assault allegations not listed in the indictment would not be authorized to be presented during the trial. Diddy’s trial is scheduled to begin on May 12.
