On Monday (May 5), the annual Met Gala took place at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. This year’s theme was “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style.” A$AP Rocky, Pharrell, actor Colman Domingo, Formula 1 racer Lewis Hamilton and Vogue Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour were co-chairs at the 2025 Met Gala. Besides a showing of high fashion, the evening turned into a baby reveal for Rocky and RiRi after the pop star popped out with a noticeable baby bump.

A video was captured of RiRi on her way to the Gala, showing her appearing to be preggers. Celebrity photographer Miles Diggs also shared a photo of Rihanna on the streets of New York City, clearly showing off a bun in the oven, which can be seen below. The singer eventually showed up at the Gala with a custom tuxedo dress, with her pregnant belly on full display.

Other rappers who suited up and stepped out in style at this year’s Met Gala included Doja Cat, Future, Megan Thee Stallion, Doechii, Nicki Minaj, Chance The Rapper and more.

A$AP Rocky and Rihanna’s Road to Baby No. 3

A$AP Rocky and Rihanna have been dating since 2021. The following year, rumors spread that they got engaged after she was spotted wearing a massive ring on her wedding finger. They welcomed their first child, a son they named RZA, in 2022. During her performance at the 2023 Super Bowl, Rihanna revealed she was pregnant with their second child, Riot, who was born later that year.

Rihanna and Rocky have seemingly been inseparable since they began dating. Most recently, Rihanna showed support for Rocky during his gun assault trial earlier this year, where he was acquitted of shooting former friend A$AP Relli in 2022.
