Bronx veteran rapper Fat Joe has recently coined the phrase “Yesterday’s price is not today’s price.” After general consensus among fans indicates Ja Rule edged him out with the hits during their Verzuz battle, Joey Crack’s price may have taken a hit.

Fans are split but it’s clear the votes have edged toward Ja Rule, who clapped at Crack during Verzuz with this hard-hitting line: “You were out before me, you were out after me, and you STILL ain’t caught up to me.”

Additionally, Joe lost massive fan points when he called rappers Vida and songstress, Lil Mo “dusty bitches” from a crackhouse. There are even fans questioning Joe’s pedigree, calling him a “white Latino.”

Watch as Fat Joe hypes up the crowd with his new mantra.
