Erykah Badu, Jill Scott, Ari Lennox & More to Play 2023 Jazz In the Gardens Music Fest

Erykah Badu, Jill Scott, Ari Lennox and more will perform at the 2023 Jazz in the Gardens Music Fest at the Miami Hard Rock Stadium.

A full lineup of the best in R&B, neo-soul and jazz are coming to the 2023 Jazz In the Gardens music festival this March. On January 18, it was announced that Erykah Badu, Jill Scott, Jodeci, Ari Lennox, El Debarge, Sean Paul, Mike Phillips, the Adam Blackstone Experience and more will perform at the 16th annual celebration of Black music and culture.

The two-day music festival – last held in 2022 with Mary J. Blige and Rick Ross as headliners –  will return to the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida on Saturday, March 11^th and Sunday March 12^th, 2023. To kick off the weekend, JITG will host a party on opening night, followed by a Women’s Impact Luncheon. To conclude the festival, JITG will host a special “soulful Sunday” performance by gospel acts Chandler Moore, Kierra “Kiki” Sheard and Pastor Mike Jr.

“Over the years, Jazz in the Gardens has evolved on many levels. Now, in our 16^th year, the festival continues to showcase some amazing talent and different genres of music for all those who attend to enjoy. People come from all over for this unique experience. Jazz is the means by which we celebrate grandly music, food, and culture, together,” said Miami Gardens Mayor Rodney Harris in a press statement.

JTIG will also celebrate the 20th anniversary of incorporation for the city of Miami Gardens, which has a population of approximately 113,000 and is the third largest city in Miami-Dade County.
