Perhaps a rewind is in order. Gunna’s name was censored in “Hottest” by the late YSL rapper Lil Keed. During Keed’s verse, he originally mentioned Gunna but appeared to be taken off.

Gunna’s name was edited out of Lil Keed’s verse on “Hottest” on his posthumous album Keed Talk To ‘Em 2.
In the song, Keed originally mentioned Gunna by name:
“Leave that boy stiff like an action figure, me and Spider and Gunna some big drippers.”
The specific line was called out when it was fully released on the album featuring Big Sean.
The “Pushin’ P” rapper also had a verse in the song, but it was also removed allegedly due to the snitch rumors involving the YSL RICO case.
One fan on TikTok points the finger at Keed’s brother Lil Gotit as the culprit,
“This got Lil Gotit written all over it. How yall so tough on Gunna when everyone else took a plea to?”
This could be another sign that Gunna could no longer be associated with YSL.
The YSL crew aren’t the only ones disassociating themselves from the “Drip Too Hard” rapper Gunna. Lil Baby unfollowed Gunna, one of his top collaborators, on Instagram. Fans on Twitter compared the unfollow to the 2015 fallout between Rich Homie Quan and Young Thug.
