JAY-Z Drops “New York (Concept de Paris)” Single

While some of use were at Coachella (or Couchella), Jay-Z was in Paris.

(Yeah, I know: “We’re gonna dance to one song and one song only.”)

To mark the opening of the Basquiat x Warhol. Painting Four Hands” exhibition, the Louis Vuitton Foundation hosted the legend for a one-night-only performance. During the show, he played an updated version of his 2009 hit “Empire State of Mind.” That song, “New York (Concept de Paris),” mashes Gil Scott-Heron’s “New York Is Killing Me” from his 15th and final studio album I’m New Here.
