On Thursday (May 22), Cudder shared a heartfelt video on X expressing relief after taking the stand against Diddy earlier in the day.

“I’ve been seeing all the love and support. I just wanna say thank you so much, man,” Cudi says in the video below. “People been hitting me up the past week, just checking in. And even today. It really means a lot to me, man. You guys are the best. I love y’all. This is a stressful situation. I’m glad it’s behind me. I love y’all. Big love. Go stream ‘Neverland’.“

Kid Cudi Testifies About Diddy Break-In, Car Bombing

Kid Cudi took the stand on day nine of the Diddy trial and testified about being violently harassed by Diddy after Puff found out Cudi was dating Cassie in 2011. Cudi told the jury that once Diddy found out, he broke into Cudi’s home to intimidate him.

“Gifts were open, some stuff I got from Chanel,” Cudi said. “And my dog was locked up in the bathroom.”

A short time later, Cudi says his Porsche was set ablaze with a “Molotov cocktail,” and he believes Diddy was the perpetrator. They eventually decided to meet to talk because things were “getting out of hand,” Cudi testified. They left the meeting on better terms, but Diddy denied setting Cudi’s car ablaze. Cudi claims they ran into each other a couple of years later and Puff was apologetic.

Cudi was the latest of several people who have testified against Diddy, who is facing charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution. Cassie spent four days on the stand testifying about being abused and forced to participate in drug-fueled threesomes with male escorts. Former Danity Kane singer Dawn Richard also testified against her former boss.

The Diddy trial is expected to last eight to 10 weeks. Puff is facing 15 years to life in prison if convicted.
